Public Offer

This document is an official public offer in accordance with applicable international contract law and defines the terms and conditions for the provision of services by Solution Integration.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This offer is an official and public proposal to conclude a service agreement.
1.2. The Customer, by accepting the terms of this offer (hereinafter — Acceptance), enters into a contract with the Service Provider on the terms set out below.
1.3. Acceptance is considered completed upon payment for the services or actual use of the services provided by the Service Provider.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.1. The Service Provider offers software development, QA testing, automation, CI/CD implementation, and related IT services.
2.2. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing of services are defined in an individual order or technical specification agreed upon by both parties.

3. Rights and Obligations

The Service Provider agrees to:

• provide services with quality and within agreed deadlines;
• deliver progress reports and results to the Customer;
• maintain confidentiality of all received information.

The Customer agrees to:

• provide all necessary data and access required for service delivery;
• make timely payments for services provided;
• not disclose any technical or business information without the Service Provider’s written consent.

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1. Service fees are determined based on current pricing or individual agreements.
4.2. Payments are made via bank transfer, either in advance or upon completion of a project stage.
4.3. The act of payment constitutes acceptance of this public offer.

5. Liability

5.1. Both parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of obligations under this agreement in accordance with applicable law.
5.2. The Service Provider is not responsible for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Customer or from third-party actions.

6. Confidentiality

6.1. All data received from the Customer is used solely for the purpose of fulfilling contractual obligations.
6.2. The Service Provider agrees not to disclose any information to third parties without the Customer’s written consent, except where required by law.

7. Force Majeure

7.1. The parties are released from liability for partial or total non-fulfillment of obligations caused by force majeure circumstances beyond their control.

8. Duration and Amendments

8.1. This offer is valid indefinitely until revoked by the Service Provider.
8.2. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify this offer. Changes take effect upon publication on the official website.
